Report to Manager

1) Coordination and management of team activities, both within the team and between departments within the organization, to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Contact Center and The Hub Center. This includes managing various activities of the Foundation.

2) Coordinating and handling important documents of the Foundation for donation or fundraising purposes and providing support until the process is completed.

3) Maintain of the donation and fundraising platforms, including coordination with platform owners to address any issues and ensure normal platform usage.

4) Create an appreciation letter for donors from both online and offline channels, and generate receipts for donors who wish to use them for tax deductions and support donors by deliver relevant documents.

5) Collaborate with the communication team to create media content for dissemination, aiming to raise awareness through both online and offline channels, working with content creators and designers. This content will be used as a tool to communicate with the target audience, including children, donors, and individuals interested in supporting children, both in Thailand and abroad.

6) Coordinate with internal and external agencies to create documents and carry out various related activities for campaign and project support. These activities aim to achieve the set targets within the specified period.

7) Coordinate with the Contact Center and The Hub Center to introduce the organization and provide details about its work. This involves coordinating, planning, and organizing various activities in collaboration with external agencies to enhance awareness or provide knowledge enhancement activities, such as the Child Safeguard Policy.

8) Manage cooperation with the Contact Center and The Hub Center to prepare for training, workshops, and various activities organized with public and private agencies, including scheduling, speaker selection, joint planning, and content specification for training.

9) Managing expenses and controlling spending within the team, in coordination with the manager and accounting/financial staff, to handle documents related to various expenses. This includes departmental expenses, project-related costs, and petty cash expenditures.

10) Preparation of summary reports for submission to various agencies. These include the following reports:

10.1) Individual report: Compiling and summarizing the work hours of all team members according to specified formats and outlining staff shortages within the team. This report will be presented to the manager and delivered to personnel at the end of each month.

10.2) Donations report: Designing and preparing a report on donations received from various activities and channels, including partnerships and open donation channels.

10.3) Monthly cost report: Preparing a summary report of monthly costs to reconcile with accounting, including credit card statements and advertising expenses.
