Project Goal:
Building capacity and strengthening community for water management and livelihoods of communities in the project area through restoration and conservation of key habitats for fish and aquatic resources, and sustainable use of wetland natural resources and biodiversity based on community participation.

Major Function
This Field Project Officer has major function on the community activities planning, management and implementation the project activities of “ Field Project at Project Title : Building Capacity and Strengthening Community Participation for Water Resources Management and Ecosystem Restoration in Nong Thung Thong Wetlands Wildlife Non-Hunting Area , Surat Thani Province , Southern of Thailand
Project will ensures the compliance with the Project Proposal and WWF’s contractual obligations as delegated for water resources management and wetland ecosystem restoration.

Profile
Required Qualifications ;
Education Bachelor’s degree in Community Development , Agriculture Extension , Natural Resource and Environmental Management or in relevant fields.
Experience ; At least 3 years of practical experience and working in the field with communities.
Working Relationships
Internal - Work in close collaboration with project staff and support WWF Thailand staff.
External - Interact with district , sub-district and community levels, as well as NGO partners, communities, and other stakeholder
