Position: Multimedia Specialist Assistant – OUR RESCUE
Location: Phayathai, Bangkok.

Organization:
In its ten years of existence, OUR Rescue has helped thousands of victims, providing support to almost 30 countries and 50 states in the U.S. States.

Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire an energetic and skilled Multimedia Specialist Assistant in the design and production of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, photos, webcasts, and podcasts. Support the communications team in project planning and execution. Ensure that all multimedia content meets the organization’s quality standards and guidelines. Collaborate with other departments to create multimedia materials for various projects. Manage and organize multimedia files and resources. The desired candidate will be able to do the following:

• Produce media content through the following channels: videos, online picture gallery, photos, webcast, podcast, infographics, slideshow, PowerPoint, etc.
• Manage process before and after the shoot, webcast, podcast, and photo shoot.
• Provide audio and images to support events, websites, social media, and publications.
• Use multimedia to increase online audience participation.
• Propose ideas for proactive online channels.
• Support other tasks of the organization as requested by supervisor / executives.
• Store and maintain picture and video footages.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent, such as Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication Technology.
• If you have experience and skills in graphic design, you will be given special consideration.
• Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar programs.
• Skills in photography and videography, including the use of cameras and related equipment.
• Knowledge of audio editing and production.
• Experience of at least one year in multimedia or media production.
• A portfolio demonstrating skills in multimedia design and production.
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
• Intermediate level proficiency in reading, writing and spoking English.
• Able to work outside of regular working hours and days, and willing to travel domestically or internationally.
• Ability to work under pressure and with high motivation.
• Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the job.

• สนับสนุนในเรื่องเสียงและภาพในงานต่างๆ เว็บไซต์ โซเชียลมีเดีย และการโฆษณา
• ใช้สื่อมัลติมีเดียเพื่อเพิ่มการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ชมออนไลน์
• เสนอแนวคิดสำหรับแนวทางเชิงรุกช่องทางออนไลน์
• สนับสนุนงานอื่นขององค์การ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชาร้องขอ
• ดูแลจัดเก็บข้อมูลฟุตเทจภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอ

คุณสมบัติและข้อกำหนด:

• ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือเทียบเท่า เช่น มัลติมีเดีย, การออกแบบกราฟิก, เทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน
• หากมีประสบการณ์และความสามารถในการทำกราฟฟิกดีไซด์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ความสามารถในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์มัลติมีเดีย เช่น Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) หรือโปรแกรมที่คล้ายกัน
• ทักษะในการถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอ รวมถึงการใช้กล้องและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการแก้ไขเสียงและการผลิตเสียง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสาขามัลติมีเดียหรือการผลิตสื่ออย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• มีผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่แสดงถึงความสามารถในการออกแบบและการผลิตสื่อมัลติมีเดีย
