Key Responsibilities:
- Review, create, develop and implement internal controls regarding of the inventory control to enhance stock accuracy
- Accountable for day-to-day track on inventory movement to ensure inventory accuracy and inventory compliance
- Maintain and analyses inventory information to provide recommendations of inventory improvement (inventory turnover improvement, shrinkages reduction etc.)
- Coordinate with the operation team and review the result of bi weekly cycle count
- Perform inventory reconciliation and review inventory tracker
- Performance inventory auditing process on a monthly basis
- Manage inventory and inventory-relating accounts and support monthly closing activity
- Support Procurement Manager and Supervisor in some part of procurement process
- Other ad hoc projects and analysis that may be delegated (which related to Program division’s procurement/inventory/ warehouse and operation)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory accounting, cost accounting or purchasing cycle
- Knowledge in inventory management including cost of good sold, inventory control and annual stock count
- Background from warehouse, retail or shopping online platform is a plus.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus
- Knowing the Profit Centers and Cost Centers concepts
- Ability to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders
- Good understanding of financial accounting
- Ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced environment with “Can-do” attitude
