Contract Term: 2 years, with potential for extension
Salary Range: THB 420.000 - 720.000 per annum (dependent on experience)
*Note: Salary includes a variable, performance-based component.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for both full-time and short-term positions.
- Leverage your creativity and market knowledge to increase brand awareness and drive applications.
- Partner with program teams to identify and target ideal candidate profiles for specific roles.
- Develop and utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referral programs, to reach a wider pool of qualified candidates.
Streamlined & Positive Candidate Experience:
- Implement efficient candidate tracking systems to streamline the hiring process.
- Screen resumes, assess qualifications, and conduct initial candidate interviews to identify the most promising candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey, from initial contact to offer stage.
- Ensure timely communication and updates are provided to candidates throughout the process.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and showcase JUMP! Foundation as a desirable workplace.
- Maintain and enhance the JUMP! Foundation's online presence on career platforms and social media.
- Identify and leverage relevant employer branding opportunities to attract diverse talent pools.
Strategic Partnerships & Talent Sourcing:
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and recruitment agencies to expand talent sourcing channels and attract qualified candidates.
- Participate in career fairs and industry events to build brand awareness and connect with potential candidates.
Data-Driven Recruitment & Optimization:
- Conduct market research and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, understand candidate demographics, and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Leverage data insights to continuously improve the recruitment process, optimize talent acquisition strategies, and identify areas for improvement within the STS program.
- Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations to inform recruitment decisions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on short-term staffing and/or internship program management (a plus).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the current talent market and recruitment best practices.
- Fluency in Thai language, with strong English language skills is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Experience with BambooHR and Thinkific is a plus.
