Partnership Officer

Eligibility: This position is open to candidates with a current right to work in Thailand.

 

Department: Partnerships

Reports To: Partnerships Director

Preferred Start Date: Immediate (as soon as possible)

Contract Term: 2 years, with potential for extension

Salary Range: THB 420.000 - 720.000 per annum (dependent on experience)

*Note: Salary includes a variable, performance-based component.


OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:JUMP! Foundation is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Partnership Development Officer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in driving our mission forward by securing strategic partnerships that fuel our impact on youth development. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

Strategic Partnership Pipeline Development:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Become a lead generation powerhouse! Proactively identify and cultivate new B2B leads through diverse channels, including networking events, conferences, online research, referrals, and targeted campaigns aligned with JUMP!'s strategic goals.
    • Focus efforts on piloting lead generation initiatives specifically targeting J! Corporate programs and CSR funding opportunities.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve! Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, exciting partnership opportunities, and untapped areas for lead generation. Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine your strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Partnership Cultivation & Management:

  • Initial Outreach & Engagement: Make a strong first impression! Conduct outreach to potential partners and clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Effectively communicate the value proposition of JUMP! programs and services, highlighting the impact we make on young leaders.
  • Qualifying Leads & Pipeline Management: Master lead qualification! Assess and qualify leads based on needs, interests, and budget. Maintain a deep understanding of their requirements to ensure a tailored approach. Leverage CRM tools to manage and track your lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate reporting, and regular updates.
  • Relationship Building & Collaboration: Build lasting partnerships! Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing partners, fostering trust and long-term collaboration. Schedule and conduct introductory meetings and presentations to showcase JUMP!'s impact and partnership benefits.

 

Partnership Performance & Optimization:

  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track your achievements! Establish and monitor key performance metrics for lead generation and partnership development activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, engagement levels, and partnership revenue secured.
  • Partnership Data & Document Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all partnership-related documents and data. Implement strong data management and organizational systems to support a seamless experience.
  • Supporting the Partnership Management Process: Partner for success! Support Partnership Directors by tailoring program outlines to cater to specific partner needs. Play a key role in Partnership Development calls by diligently organizing notes, next actions, and associated documentation.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Partnership Development Expertise:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B partnership development, with a proven track record of securing successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the full partnership lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to relationship building and negotiation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies across various channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively qualify leads based on needs, interests, and budget.
  • Proven success in managing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing partners to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Experience negotiating and closing partnership deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.


Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently showcase JUMP!'s impact and value proposition to potential partners.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from different backgrounds and professional contexts.
  • Adept at building trust and fostering collaborative relationships.


Business Acumen & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of market research principles and the ability to identify emerging trends and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis to track lead generation efforts, measure performance, and generate insightful reports.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement data-driven lead generation and partnership strategies.


Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience working in the non-profit sector or within a social enterprise a plus.
  • Familiarity with youth development programs and social impact initiatives is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Thai language skills are a plus.
