JOB DESCRIPTION

Kenan Foundation Asia, a non-profit development organization working in partnership with companies, governments, academia, and committed individuals to empower people with the knowledge, technology, and skills necessary for a better future, is seeking for the position of Consultant (Based in Pattani Office) to mainly managing projects, conducting analysis, providing a consulting and delivering a training course for social inclusion projects; contributing to project design and business development; and developing positive relations and collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure project success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

• Lead social inclusion or community development project implementation from project designing, project implementation such as workshop training, research, analysis  consultation etc.to ensure deliverables meet quality and is impactful per M&E indicator
• Analyzing the project strategy using qualitative and quantitative data and making any essential justification to ensure optimization
• Manage project budget to ensure its optimization
• Applying analytical skills to plan and implement projects, and effectively translating outcomes into comprehensive reports that accurately reflect project achievements.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage stakeholder developing insight into donor context and defining their needs to ensure positive relationships and retention
• Establish good working relationships with program partners, such as schools, universities, health centers, local governments of Thailand

Business Development/ Brand Development

• Take part of proposal development by conduct searching and provide quality information that meet all aspects of the requirements
• Brand ambassador. Represent to key stakeholders and sharing knowledge in areas of expertise

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor or Master in Public Health, Social Science, Social work, Humanities and Social Sciences, International Development or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project implementation or project management is preferable
• Having experience working with government agencies and non-government agencies, academic universities, or public health institute is a plus
• Having experience in managing Health Promotion and Youth Empowerment area is preferable
• Having a business mindset and experience working with government agencies, educational institutes, public health agencies, multilateral organization and/or corporate clients is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Fluent in Business English and computer literacy
• Proficiency in the Malayu dialect is an advantage
