Institute of Buddhist Management for Happiness and Peace Foundation (IBHAP Foundation) was found in September 2020 to promote the application of Buddhism to develop happiness and peace in Thai society aligning with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at both operational and policy levels, in order to be an international model.

Research and Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research on best practices and innovative approaches to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
2. Analyze data and trends relevant to IBHAP’s mission and programs.
3. Assist in program design and development, preparing detailed proposals and reports.
4. Support fundraising by providing research insights and outcomes documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Research, Public Policy, or related fields.
2. Strong analytical and writing skills, with experience in research and program development.
3. Ability to work independently and translate research into practical solutions.
4. Familiarity with sustainable development goals and social impact measurement.
