Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand | Travel: 20% | Status: Full-time

Are you a finance leader passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Head of Finance & Grants to oversee finance, accounting, grants, and compliance operations. Collaborate with global teams, manage strategic budgets, and lead initiatives that empower marginalized communities across Asia.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA, ACCA preferred); Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in finance and grants, with 5+ years in leadership (INGO experience is an advantage but not required).
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems like Sun Accounting.
• Fluent in Thai and English with excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Open to candidates from diverse sectors who demonstrate a high learning curve, adaptability, and passion for humanitarian work.
• Proven ability to lead in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
