Oxfam in Thailand is looking for an experienced admin consultant in organizing meeting events working with the meeting organizers from various teams in Oxfam.  Occasionally, we have global and regional meeting events/workshops held in Thailand as Thailand is always a choice of venues, We will hire a  temporary admin consultant to assist meeting organizer for a period of time such as 10 -20 days depending on the scale and complexity of the requirements. S/he will work under the following terms and conditions:

A successful candidate will be registered on the list  of our preferred admin consultant, we will call out for service when needed.

• Excellent communication in Thai and English for writing, reading, listening
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Well organized work
• Good time management
• Basic knowledge in payment process
• Computer literacy skills: O365 software, outlook, cloud based applications
