Join Us as Accounting Manager (Thai National)! (Re-advertisement)

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand | Travel: 20% | Status: Full-time

Are you an experienced accounting professional eager to make an impact? REACH for Equity is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the Accounting unit and cash operation office, including the supervision of the accounting and cash operation office, producing quality financial reports and perform regular analysis for the management and HQ, and ensuring adherence to the GAAP, organizational policy and best practices in accounting methods/principles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce. ACCA, CPA or CIMA qualified is preferred
• At least 5 years' experience in related position. Project financial management and final financial reporting experience is preferred
• Fluent in English and Thai (written and spoken); Thai nationality or citizenship required
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software (e.g., Sun System)
• Strong organizational, planning, and proven track record on management skills (team management, people management)
• Experience in multicultural, low-resource settings; ability to coach and train diverse audiences
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; cultural sensitivity essential
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
