ASEAN University Network (AUN) Programme Officer
Job Description
As a Programme Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing AUN programmes/projects/activities. You will have the opportunity to showcase your project management expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities that shape the future of education. As AUN programmes interact with partners in ASEAN and beyond, there will be a chance for overseas missions.
Qualifications
- Degree/Years of Experience: Master's degree in Social Science or a closely related field, or Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or a closely related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in both verbal and written English, enabling effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
- Nationality Requirement: Thai Citizenship

Contact Hours:
Monday-Friday , 09.00 – 17.00 (GMT+7): the AUN Secretariat prioritizes productivity and results. Your working hours from Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00 (GMT+7) will be adjustable to suit your productivity and efficiency.
Remuneration:
Competitive salary range of 30,000-33,000 THB
Contract:
One-year contract with the potential for extension
Previous Experience:
No previous work experience is required. Although experience may give you an edge, we give more value for someone with a young, fresh outlook and a personality that meshes well with the team.

Recruitment Process
The applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled. The Secretariat will contact qualified candidates for a written examination and interview. The written exam and interview will be held on the same day and will last around 4-5 hours. The result will be announced within 24 hours.
