Join Us as Logistics Coordinator (Flying)!

Location: Chaing Mai, Thailand | Travel: Frequent | Status: Full-time

Are you a logistics passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Flying) who will be based in Chaing Mai and is responsible for overseeing safety, security, and logistics operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with policies, updating safety plans, and providing security briefings. This role manages procurement processes, liaising with suppliers, verifying requisitions, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions while maintaining quality control.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher-level diploma/certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Safety and security or related fields, with experience in providing training and coaching.
• Knowledge of international trade and multimodal transport.
• Experience in managing safety and security.
• Familiarity with the local context in Thailand.
• Basic knowledge of digital security and ICT.
• Knowledge of UN/INGO logistics and procurement rules is preferred.
• Valid Travel Document for overseas Travel 
• Willingness to travel and work well in a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with a solid understanding of word processing and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
• Strong team-building and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality, with the ability to meet deadlines
