Climate Finance Network Thailand (CFNT) is seeking a new team member to join our dynamic team!

Job Title: Outreach Manager

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Job Type: Full-time (5 working days per week; in-office at least 2 days per week)

About Climate Finance Network Thailand (CFNT):

Climate Finance Network Thailand (CFNT) is a think tank and a network of like-minded individuals headquartered in Bangkok, devoted to propelling sustainable financial practices and assisting in Thailand’s transition toward a low-carbon economy in line with 1.5°C climate target. Recognizing the pivotal role of the financial sector in combating climate change, CFNT's primary objective is to help catalyze impactful climate finance through solution-based research, stakeholder engagement, and network building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge Connections: Be the primary point of contact, building and nurturing relationships with CFNT partners, members, and stakeholders.
• Drive Membership Growth: Refine and implement a compelling membership plan, manage benefits, and expand our CFNT community.
• Curate Impactful Events: Plan and execute engaging outreach events, including networking, capacity-building sessions, research launches, and seminars in both on-site and online formats.
• Lead Stakeholder Engagement for Research Team: Design and execute stakeholder engagement plans, conduct interviews, organize focus groups, and perform on-field data collection. Summarize key insights from engagement activities.
• Enhance Communications: Collaborate with the communications team to promote CFNT activities and campaigns, raise awareness of CFNT's mission, and seek potential collaborations.
• Streamline Operations: Coordinate administrative tasks related to outreach activities, including event venue bookings, travel arrangements, and budget monitoring.
• Analyze & Report: Monitor analytics and prepare insightful reports on the successes and challenges of outreach activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, relationship building, outreach, or a similar role.
• Thai nationality required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a love for connecting with people.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both Thai and English.
• Organized, proactive, with strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously.
• Growth mindset with the ability to initiate new problem-solving approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, small team.
• Strong alignment with CFNT’s mission and interest in climate finance, climate change, and sustainable finance.
• Experience engaging with financial institutions is a plus.
