Comms & Coordination Whiz Wanted! (AKA: The Master of Many) – Open to Thai Nationals Only

Sidekick is a creative and research agency dedicated to driving social change. We work with international organizations, businesses, and advocacy groups to create powerful campaigns, tell impactful stories, and ensure great ideas reach the right people. Now, we’re looking for a Communications Coordinator who can keep projects running smoothly, manage freelancers and clients, and handle light design and video edits when needed.

What’s the gig?
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping Sidekick’s communications projects on track. One moment, you're coordinating with freelancers, the next, you're updating a storyboard or making small edits to a graphic or video before it goes out. You’re someone who can juggle multiple moving parts while ensuring everything is delivered on time and meets our quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating communication projects—ensuring timelines, deliverables, & workflows stay on track
• Liaising with freelancers and clients—making sure everyone has what they need and deadlines are met
• Making minor edits to graphics, layouts, and templates when needed (using tools like Canva or Photoshop)
• Tweaking video edits or subtitles before final delivery (using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
• Reviewing and updating creative materials such as storyboards, drafts, presentations before they go to clients
• Ensuring quality control on all content, spotting small design/video issues before they become big problems

You’d Be Perfect If You:

• Love keeping projects and people organized—you’re the type who thrives on coordination
• Can manage multiple freelancers and clients at once, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
• Have basic graphic and video editing skills—can tweak designs, add captions, or adjust clips when needed
• Are detail-oriented—you catch mistakes before they go out
• Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Have experience in communications, creative content, or project coordination
• Speak both Thai and English fluently

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in advanced video editing or animation
• Have worked in a creative agency, media company, or production team
