BACKGROUND
The Fulbright Program is an international academic exchange program founded in 1946 with an ambitious goal to increase mutual understanding and support friendly and peaceful relations between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. Today, the U.S. government oversees an extensive suite of fellowships and scholarships in partnership with more than 160 countries worldwide, including Thailand.
With a bilateral agreement between the governments of Thailand and the United States, the Fulbright Program was established on July 1, 1950, and registered as the Thailand-United States Educational Foundation (TUSEF) or Fulbright Thailand. TUSEF promotes and oversees academic and scholarly exchanges of Fulbright programs between Thailand and the United States under the direction of the binational Board of Directors. The Fulbright Thailand manages over 16 degree and non-degree programs for Thais and Americans each year.

CELEBRATING THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY AND GENERAL PROMOTION VIDEOS 
To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Fulbright Program in Thailand by showcasing its enduring binational collaboration between the United States and Thailand, the interview will feature U.S. Ambassador to Thailand, Robert F. Godec (TUSEF Honorary Chair), and Ambassador Vijavat Isarabhakdi, former Thai Ambassador to the U.S., a Fulbrighter, and current TUSEF Chair, representing the partnership between the two governments and the TUSEF Board of Directors. In addition, four alumni will be feature in those videos as a representation of the successful of Fulbright Thailand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct six interview shoots
Sitting-down interview format
Conducted in English 
TUSEF to provide interviewer, Thai subtitle, relevant photos
Must be align with the Fulbright brand guide and reflect the key messages of the Fulbright vision and mission.

Group 1 – Honorary Chair and Chair
60 minutes each, including preparation; 
•    U.S. Ambassador at the U.S. Embassy
•    TUSEF Chair at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 

Group 2 – Four alumni
40 minutes each, including preparation:
•    4 alumni (Location: TBC but will be in Bangkok Area)

EXPECTED OUTPUTS
Output 1: The 75th Anniversary Video (8 minutes) – Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Fulbright Program in Thailand, featuring two Ambassadors and two alumni (one Thai & one American)

Output 2: General Promotion Video (5 minutes) – For general program promotion and outreach, featuring four alumni (two of them will also feature in the 75th anniversary video)

TENTATIVE TIMELINE
•    Late April-early May – Conduct interviews.
•    Mid-June – Premiere the interviews (output 1) during the congratulatory ceremony for Thai grantees and alumni reunion.
•    July 1 – Official release (output 1) on TUSEF's social media.
•    End of July – Output 2

QUALIFICATIONS
Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
•    Relevant and reliable experience
•    Good command of English
•    Familiarity with international non-profit organizations is desirable
•    Total cost, inclusive of VAT and fees

Interested production teams must submit a portfolio of previous work, including at least two videos, along with an itemized cost breakdown for the following:
1.    Interviews with two Ambassadors, including related travel expenses (60 minutes each).
2.    Four alumni interviews in the Bangkok area (40 minutes each) – with a cost breakdown for each interview.
3.    Production and editing of two videos.
