Position: Social Worker – Rescue & Relief (OSEC Victims) 

Location: Thailand  

Salary: 30,000 THB / month  

Role Type: Full-time, 1- year contract with possibility of extension

Destiny Rescue, through our Scientia VISTA Hub, is seeking a Social Worker with strong connections across Thailand to facilitate and initiate rescue and relief for child victims of Online Sexual Exploitation (OSEC).

Responsibilities : 

• Proactively coordinate with law enforcement and NGOs across Thailand to initiate rescue operations.
•  Respond immediately to high-risk or ongoing abuse cases identified by our analysts and investigations team.
• Provide trauma-informed care during victim recovery, ensuring dignity, safety, and stability.
•  Liaise with shelters, hospitals, and local welfare services to facilitate short- and long-term support.
•  Contribute to the national victim identification and relief network through Scientia’s collaborative hub.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work, Child Protection, or related field.
• Must be social work certified with license registration
• Experience working with vulnerable children, particularly in exploitation or trafficking contexts.
• Existing Thai-wide professional network in welfare, rescue, or protection agencies.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and respond rapidly to crisis situations.
• A heart for justice, teamwork, and change.
