Sal Forest, Thailand’s first sustainable business accelerator is looking for candidates to fill the following position:
Researcher
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on topics related to sustainable business, sustainable finance, and social impact assessments, in accordance with assigned responsibilities.
- Working as part of a team at workshops, seminars, and events.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least two years of work experience in a field related to Sal Forest’s areas of expertise (see www.salforest.com) (experience gained during undergrad is acceptable)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
- A passion for research and learning about sustainable business, as well as social and environmental issues
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Not afraid of math
- A talent for summarizing and catching the main point while reading and researching
- Excellent command of Thai: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Excellent command of English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Flexible, self-reliant, and detail-oriented.
- A preference for working in a small organization.
Work Arrangement
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Hybrid work model: Work from the office twice a week, remote work on other days.
- Office located at Sukhumvit 43, near BTS Phrom Phong.
