Location: Chiang Mai | Status: Full-time | Report to: Senior Grants and Compliance Manager

Are you a Grants and Compliance passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Grants and Compliance Coordinator to lead and support our end-to-end grants management processes from pre-award assessments to project close-out with a strong focus on transparency, efficiency, and donor compliance. and support partner organizations, ensure compliance with donor regulations, conduct due diligence, and strengthen internal systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• At least five years’ experience in grants management, contracts management, proposal development and project management etc.
• Strong understanding of donor regulations and compliance requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English. And Thai language as a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Competence in using information technology, work-procession spreadsheet and PowerPoint software.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
• Able to travel as required.
• Able to work independently.
