Location: Remote | Status: Independent Contractor | Report to: Program Manager

Are you a program professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Program Coordinator to support our program team and ensure quality, timely, and impactful project delivery. The Program Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing partner projects, monitoring sub-grants, and ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements. You will provide technical and operational support, guide local partners on project design and implementation, and help strengthen their organizational and technical capacity.

What We’re Looking For:

• University’s degree in community development, agricultural, social science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of experience working on donor-funded projects, humanitarian and development projects, agricultural and livelihood projects, and contributing to all reporting requirements.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Burmese.
• Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management, finance and grants management, and team management skills.
• Excellent coordination, collaboration and communication skills with diverse teams, multiple stakeholders, and local partners.
• Able to work well in a multicultural setting.
• Able to establish priorities in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines with strong attention to consistency, detail, and quality.
• Comfortable working with a variety of partners and navigating complex relationships.
• Resourceful to resolve problems and take the initiative to find solutions.
• Flexibility to allow for travel, variable working hours, and some modifications of tasks and responsibilities as team and project needs change.
