As Farm Manager, you’ll bring this vision to life by overseeing all daily farm operations related to production. This role is both practical and strategic: you’ll coordinate workflows, care for the land, lead people, and help integrate the farm with our broader mission of education and ecosystem regeneration in coordination with the event team.

Lead daily farm activities: planting, composting, irrigation, harvesting, maintenance

Develop and implement seasonal production plans

Passionate about regenerative agriculture, natural farming, or agroecology
