Job Title: Resource Development Supervisor (Corporate Donors and CSR Projects)

Resource Development Division, Raks Thai Foundation

 

Location: Bangkok (Ari), with upcountry travels

Reports To: Resource Development Director

Underline staff: Resource Development Executive

Type of contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support business development initiatives by building and managing strategic partnerships to drive growth.
  2. Oversee key account relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and value-added collaboration.
  3. Identify and implement resource mobilization strategies, including funding and talent development.
  4. Act as a key decision-maker when assigned, ensuring smooth operations.
  5. Collaborate across departments to assess resource needs and develop sustainable solutions.
  6. Lead and execute resource development projects that align with organizational goals.
  7. Analyze market trends and industry insights to refine business strategies and optimize engagement.
  8. Any other duties as assigned by Resource Development Director.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Resource Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle responsibilities beyond assigned tasks and support management when needed.
  • Solid project management skills with experience in resource allocation and business growth.
  • Understanding of fundraising and collaboration for sustainable resource mobilization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and navigate dynamic business environments effectively.
  • Good general health.
