The Programme Assistant is a junior member of the EI Program Team who, under the guidance of CMB’s Senior Management Team, supports the day-to-day implementation and operations of the EI Fellowship Program. The role is responsible for managing online learning and data systems, supporting Fellows’ recruitment and selection processes, and providing administrative, communications, and logistical support for convenings and learning events. The Programme Assistant also helps to strengthen relationships with Fellows and partners and contributes to the ongoing development and improvement of EI Fellowship program systems and processes.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
· Support online learning platforms: Serve as the primary contact for administrative and troubleshooting requests related to Canvas, manage Kindly Book requests for Fellows, and assist in building and maintaining an up-to-date EI Repository of Resources.
· Support Salesforce system maintenance and data management: Manage Fellows’ data systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and tracking, and oversee applicants’ data entry and tracking, ensuring good organization and generating relevant reports to support review and assessment processes.
· Support Fellows’ recruitment and selection processes: Provide administrative support for the online application system, respond to applicants email queries, organize applicant data and other requests, and prepare, track, and generate reports on applications.
· Assist other team members: Support various digital and in-person communications activities during learning events and other EI-related meetings and workshops (including photo, video, and audio tasks), contribute to content development for online and print materials, and assist with logistical arrangements for EI-related meetings and events.
