มูลนิธิที่อยู่อาศัย ประเทศไทย  เป็นมูลนิธิที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2541 เพื่อมุ่งพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคนไทยผ่าน       การสร้างบ้านและพัฒนาชุมชน โดยร่วมกับพันธมิตรที่มีความมุ่งหมายเดียวกันที่จะนำการพัฒนาแบบองค์รวมและสร้างความยั่งยืนอันเกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงในเชิงบวกที่ส่งผลในระยะยาว เราเชื่อว่าการให้ผู้ด้อยโอกาสได้มีบ้านและที่อยู่อาศัยที่ดี                เป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีผลสืบเนื่องไปยังการพัฒนาในด้านอื่น เช่นเพิ่มพูนรายได้ของครอบครัว เอื้อต่อการศึกษาของเยาวชน          สร้างเสริมสุขอนามัย และนำให้เกิดการบูรณาการทางสังคม ปัจจุบันเราดำเนินงานมาแล้วในพื้นที่ 37 จังหวัด ได้สร้าง ซ่อมแซมและฟื้นฟูบ้านมากกว่า 11,500 หลังในประเทศไทย และได้ช่วยเหลือคนให้มีที่อยู่อาศัยมากกว่า 46,000 คน หากคุณมีวิสัยทัศน์เดียวกันกับเราและมีความปรารถนาที่จะร่วมกันทำพันธกิจในการขจัดปัญหาด้านที่อยู่อาศัยที่เสื่อมโทรมให้หมดไปจากสังคมไทย โดยการช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาสนั้น เข้ามาร่วมงานกับเราได้ในตำแหน่งดังนี้ :

The Leader-Fundraising is responsible to accomplish the annual assignment Goals & Objectives and ensure cost effectiveness, ethical and sustainable fundraising base to meet the needs of Organization fundraising plan and strategy. As a member of the senior management team (SMT) the Fundraising leader is expected to contribute to the overall strategic management of the organization. To develop, implement and manage Resource Development systems, policies and procedures which support the work of the organization and which build net and gross income capacity diversifying both acquisition and supporter relationships for Organization. A certain level of public appearance may also be required as part of marketing and brand awareness activities of the office.

Qualifications

Degree in marketing or communication or relevant. Master Degree is preferred.

5 years expertise and knowledge in international fundraising or marketing and sales including 3 years proven senior management experience.

Facilitation and implementation of specific RD strategies.

Leadership: ability to lead by influence rather than by direct line management.

Collaborating closely with Program, especially in areas of engagement and mobilization.

Reduce attrition and retaining on-going monthly supporters

Building a culture of innovation

Mentoring the team to success

Testing new digital and engagement strategies

Opening the new market for fundraising for the organization

Develop future leaders within the team.

Excellent knowledge of RD and PR & Communication best practice, as it relates to INGO's and other international organizations. Cross-cultural management experiences an asset.

Fluency in English essential, working knowledge of local language helpful.
