Ashoka Thailand is looking for 3 new team members.

Ashoka is a global community of leading social entrepreneurs (Ashoka Fellows), people with new ideas to create structural social change. Founded in 1980 and registered as a non-profit in Thailand in 2002, Ashoka is a global citizen sector organisation that envisions Everyone A ChangemakerTM world.

We are looking for people who are extremely passionate about social innovation and social entrepreneurship to join our tight-knit team in 3 positions:

1 : Scaling Impact Program team member ( 1 Position )

Scaling Impact is a collaboration between Thai Health Promotion Foundation and Ashoka Thailand to pilot activities/ support system for non profit sustainability. This project will involve running need assessment workshops for non profit leader, consulting for new business plan and build partnership with business sectors.

Qualifications:

1. Extremely passionate about social innovation/ entrepreneurship.

2. Experience in business sector, especially consulting or business development.

3. Enjoy communicating with people and creating a network.

4. Love challenges.

2 : Coach Program team member ( 1 Position )

Ashoka’ School of Changemakers aims to accelerate changemaking through knowledge/tool sharing and community of like-mind. Coach Program is a vital part to support startups of social projects or social enterprises as they are core members of our community. Tasks include managing our incubator program, recruiting volunteer coach, providing training, and coordinating among coaches.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 year working experience.

2. Experience in coaching or starting a project.

3. Love to work people. Enjoy supporting people to learn and develop.

4. Fluent in English.

3 : School Storyteller ( 1 Position )

Ashoka’ School of Changemakers provides changemaking knowledge/tool along with building a community of changemakers in Thailand. 90% of Thai youth want to make a difference but 70% said they have no access to enough information or tool to get started. We are looking for a storyteller to help us get the right information in a compelling and interesting format to get people to take action toward changes!

Qualifications:

1. Communication skills in both Thai and English Fluently.

2. Love to tell stories through writing or other form of communication is a must.

3. Passionate about social change, creativity and entrepreneurship.

4. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
