Winrock International is a nonprofit organization that works with people around the world to empower the disadvantaged, increase economic opportunity, and sustain natural resources by linking local individuals and communities with new ideas and technology.

Winrock is recruiting for Chief of Party, M&E Specialist, F&A Manager, and various Counter Trafficking Technical Specialist positions under a potential counter trafficking program based in Bangkok, Thailand. Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following: anti-trafficking programs, preferably in Southeast Asia; experience working with government ministries; civil society organizations; policy advocacy and community mobilization skills; experience with survivor-driven service delivery preferred. Positions are contingent upon receipt of funding.
