Position: Rehabilitation Project Officer / Physical Therapist (1 open position)
Handicap International (HI) seeks a Physical Therapist for a position of Rehabilitation Project officer based office in Mae - Sot, Tak province, with 80% works in Mae La camp and 20% works in Mae Sot office.
Closing date: 28th February, 2017

Physical rehabilitation project focuses on provision of physiotherapy, occupational therapy and assistive technology (Prosthesis and Assistive Devices) for persons with disabilities.
Rehabilitation Project Officer / Physical Therapist’s general mission:
Rehabilitation Project Officer / Physical Therapist, under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Project Manager is responsible for implementing and managing rehabilitation project activities in Mae La camp and enhancing capacities of Rehabilitation Camp Based Staff to ensure the quality of rehabilitation services.
He/she will support the Rehabilitation Project Manager in ensuring a smooth running of the Rehabilitation project in its different dimensions: implementation, planning, reporting, budget management, supervision and monitoring.
Aim: Ensure the activities are implemented on time with the clinical quality of services.
Aim: Build capacities of community rehabilitation staff to be able to provide community rehabilitation services with high quality standards.
Aim: Under the supervision of the line manager, ensure implementation of good practices and good communication with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
Aim: Ensure activities are implemented according to HI and donors’ requirements and progress on a timely manner against the defined objectives and indicators.
Qualifications required:
Education: At least university degree in Physical Therapy.
