Office Manager (based in Chiang Mai)
Key responsibilities:
- Organize all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office;
- Overseeing the recruitment of new staff/consultants, sometimes including training and induction;
- Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure that all employees are fully supported and perform their duties to promote the goals of the company.
- Enable Inis to engage remote/part-time/temporary associates/consultants effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business and/or human resource degree or equivalent;
- Over 5 years of administrative and supervisory experience;
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures;
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures;
- Good management and problem-solving abilities, systematic and attentive to detail;
- Fluency in written and spoken English, and good computer skills;
- Thai nationality.
