Vacancy Position : Project Finance &  Administration officer (Thai nationality only)

Report to : Finance Manager

Duration :  July 2017 - Feb.2020

Background

WWF- TH commenced a new three-year project funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) that aims to support the government, private businesses, and consumers in Thailand to develop and implement Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) practices that reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the agricultural/ food sector in those countries. 

Major Responsibility

The Finance & Administration Officer would be engaged to administer the financial requirements, handle administrative functions and general office needs as would be demanded by the exigencies of duty and the time bound delivery of the project. The Finance and Administration Officer should display confidence in applying the finance and administration procedures as laid out within the WWF/ IKI. The officer will assume a supportive role to the duties of the Project Manager and Finance Manager. He/She will be required to undertake a number of office support and clerical duties, and to drive the project as instructed

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• At least 3 years in project finance & administration in either NGOs or development agencies
• Familiar with the administration and financial management procedures of Government agency funding would be an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Experience in  Oracle system is a plus
