JOB PURPOSE:
This position is required to take role as leadership on strategic national level influencing, lobbying and advocacy to ensure maximisation of impact of Oxfam programmes, contribute to the leadership and governance of the organisation as a member of the Country Leadership Team (CLT).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advocacy and Campaign Lead will develop and deliver an advocacy strategy for Oxfam in Thailand as well as support alliances and partners to undertake advocacy work. She/he will build the capacity of programme team, partners and sector leads on policy/ advocacy/campaign work. She/he will also represent policy forums and undertake lobbying Governments, key private sector players and Multilateral agencies both at country level in line with set advocacy and campaign objectives or emerging policy influencing opportunities.
