Administrative Coordinator
Effective with the release of this position announcement, Winrock International (WI) is recruiting applicants for an Administrative Coordinator for its Thailand Country Office; responsibilities, duties, and qualifications are described in the below position description.

POSITION TITLE: Administrative Coordinator
LOCATION: Bangkok, Thailand
REPORTS TO: Human Resources and Logistics Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting administrative and operational functions of Winrock’s Bangkok office.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead front office operations, including answering phones and maintaining relations with vendors.
• Supports the Logistics and Procurement Coordinator in ensuring smooth office operations through timely procurement of supplies, office and equipment servicing and maintenance, etc.
• Update office inventory for all projects as and when needed
• Coordinate any regional travel for the project staff regarding up-coming local and international travel.
• Manage office physical and electronic files, as well as incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Assist in preparing letters, office memos, documents for meetings and events.
• Assist with logistic and admin support in organizing national and regional workshop, meeting and events including photocopying and binding of documents
• Support implementation and maintenance of office administration systems;
• Liaise with internet provider, IT outsource services and help desk for regular IT maintenance and problem solving.
• Liaise with office building regarding the administrative issues.
• As needed assist with all administrative, procurement, operational, and logistical aspects for the office
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, and COMPETENCES
Education: Degree in communications, administration, or related field a plus
Experience:
• One year of experience working in administration, logistics, event planning/coordination (including internships and part-time work in event organizing/related field) Skills:
• Good Communication in both English and Thai
• Client and Service Oriented
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, databases) required
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Good team player
• Excellent attention to details
SALARY: The annual salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
