Role overview

To assure that all forms of exclusion, and disability in particular, are embedded as a core approach across all VSO programmes.

Key skills and experience:

• Relevant post graduate qualification.
• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in providing internal leadership around Disability, Inclusion and Gender (DIG)
• Developing VSO’s capacity, knowledge and expertise on Social inclusion
• Provide support by advising both new and existing programs and projects to be more disability Inclusive
• Ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation in inclusion and disability
• Effective engagement within VSO and with partners
