This position is responsible for managing and promoting the Fulbright programs. The job requires extensive interactions with Fulbright grantees and alumni as well as key stakeholders.
(Not a Computer Programmer)
Main responsibilities:
- Administer scholarships for Thai citizens, ensuring that activities are carried out according to agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards
- Coordinate with other Program and Outreach staffs to plan and execute cross-program activities, and related promotional activities in targeted institutions
- Assists the Executive Director and coordinates with the Senior Finance Controller and the Grant Administration Division in the planning and preparation of the program/budget proposals, and annual report
Qualification:
- Thai citizen
- At least a Master’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or Arts and Humanities
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
- Excellent command in English (speaking and writing)
- Able to work independently under pressure and act well as a lead or a team player
- Excellent management skills with a great sense of service
- Process and detail orientation
- At least 5 years or working experience in relevant fields
- Excellent computer skill
- Willing to travel upcountry and work extra hours on additional outreach activities
- Graduated from the U.S. would be an advantage
