Thai Emotional Support Service

Full Time 40 hours per week

Salary depends on experience

Bangkok Counselling Service is now accepting applications for the position of Counsellor/ Therapist for our Thai Emotional Support Service. We would like to recruit a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist or Psychologist for a new position created to meet the increase in demand for counselling in Thai. 

The successful applicant will be part of the Thai Emotional Support and Employee Assistance Program team and will provide counselling and emotional support in Thai. The BCS Employee Assistance Program provides short training courses and seminars on issues relevant to employees which the successful candidate will also provide.

Requirements:

• Professionally qualified as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist or Psychologist.
• Experience providing face to face counselling in Thai
• Native Thai speaker.
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Available fulltime 5 days per week.
• Experience providing  presentations and or training events

Desirable

• Have completed 250 or more hours of supervised counselling.
• Be an accredited/ licensed member of a counselling professional organization or body or be working towards such accreditation.
• Knowledge of Employee Assistance Program
• Experience designing training events & workshops
