Grant Finance Analyst (Special Project)

Position: Gender Equality and Inclusion Specialist
Assignment Type: Temporary, 3 months contract
Location: Based in Bangkok

Job background: Because of the recent global mission to undertake grant finance remediation in June 2018, Grant Finance Analyst (Special Project) will play a key role in bringing Plan International Thailand grants database up to a reliable and accountable standard.
Job purpose: Ensure financial information in SAP matches with Funding Approval Documents (FADs) and financial reports already submitted • Analyst/ audit Grant Finance report (showing Grant Income, budgeted expenses, actual expenses report from SAP and perform reconciliation towards financial reports previously submitted • Provide findings and come up with action plan for remediation • Perform such action plans by coordination with concerned parties • Make adjustment entries in SAP (Grant module or Finance G/L module) • Coordinate with HQ and concerned National Offices if their records have to be adjusted . • Produce revised Financial reports.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance • More than 5 years of experience in Accounting • Knowledge of current best practice in gender equality • Audit and SAP experience is an advantage • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment • Excellent communications skills.
