SUBJECT: Terms of Reference for an Expenditure Verification of the Project Strengthening capacities and developing sustainable livelihood opportunities for the Myanmar refugees largely encamped along the Thai-Myanmar border in preparation for eventual repatriation, in Thailand, co-financed by the European Union.

This mail is both for legal persons / companies in order to get proposals for contracting a service consisting in an Expenditure Verification in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

To participate in this tender, tenderers shall submit its offer by e-mail, as specified in the ToR, until 1^st of April 2018 as the latest.
