SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Program Lead, the candidate will:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact with USAID, and be responsible for quality control of the program;
2. Provide technical leadership for program activities including designing, implementing, and monitoring activities;
3. Build and manage relationships with partners and USAID counterparts in Thailand, including meeting with USAID regarding the program’s performance;
4. Supervise a multi-cultural team of staff.

Counterpart International is a non-profit international development organization committed to improving lives across a dynamic and developing international landscape. Counterpart is seeking experienced Program Lead staff for an anticipated four-year, $14 million program titled “Together” funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The program will focus on a range of issues affecting Thailand, including good governance, peacebuilding, regional disparities, and strengthening civil society partners. The program will support inclusive efforts to diminish the potential for tensions and conflict both nationwide and in Thailand’s Deep South, including for women, youth, and other underserved groups.
