1.Communications Officer
Communications officer assists to generate income and support from various stakeholders, especially from corporate, foundations, public and individual donors for ActionAid Thailand (AAT) through proactively raising the profile of AAT. This role has to promotes the organization’s image in the community by building relationships with key stakeholders in the media, image-building and engagement on web and social media, and attendance at meetings as assigned by Fundraising and Communications Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- To work with external vendors on the delivery of finished printing output of the Calendar and Gift Catalogue.
- To support the FR & Comms Manager in working with internal program team to develop brochure content, FB content, Web content updates.
- Coordinate with external agency to develop the finished brochure Artwork.
- To coordinate with external in the logistics of the on-line Gateway set up.
- To support the FR & Comms Manager in working with the on-line Marketing team in supporting materials and content etc.
- Upload facebook content in ActionAid Thailand page
Qualification & Experience
- At least Bachelor’s degree in English literature, Communications or related field.
- Have work experience in writing and translation is preferred
- Good writing skills
- Experience and ability to use design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or inDesign is desirable.
- Has experience in managing social media content platforms.

2. Administration Officer
The position’s role is to provide support to Country Director of ActionAid Thailand (AAT). The position also provides overall administrative and logistic support to all AAT staff and staff from other country programmes when required.

Finance assistant
The position is responsible for delivering assigned tasks and workplan to contribute to the implementation of ActionAid Thailand (AAT) financial management strategy to ensure that AAT overall strategic objectives are met, and that there is continual improvement in monitoring, control and reporting of expenditure of partner NGOs of funds given by ActionAid International (AAI).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow and ensure that cash is not misused
- Ensure that entire bank book statements are tallied with bank reconciliation statements as collected from respective banks
- Monitor bank balance to ensure that organization has adequate funds
- Monitor individual staff advance accounts to ensure advance accounts are cleared within finance policy
- Reconcile debtor/creditor monthly
- Manage payment of salary and related benefits including preparation and submission of social security, provident fund and related taxes to business and government agencies
Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting management is required.
- At least 2 years practice experience in accounting, preferably an NGO sector.
- Understanding in the finance and accounting systems.
- Good command on using MS. Excel and accounting software.
- Knowledge of database and SUN system is an advantage.
