Are you interested in working directly with marginalized communities in Aranyaprathet/Poi Pet border? Do you enjoy being most of the time on the field and providing social services to children & youth, and their families? Then join us!

Don’t have a Social Work diploma? Not a problem. We will train you.

We don’t care about University diplomas. We believe that for a great Social Worker it is more important that:

• You are a team worker who enjoys spending time on the field
• You have passion to work directly with marginalized children, youth and their families
• You are confident to talk directly to the communities and support them to take care for their children
• You speak and write Thai. And Khmer is a plus
• You know your way around computers, typing and Internet

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Conduct daily outreach in Rong Klue market ,Aranyaprathet to provide social services and activities with children & youth (non-formal education, First Aid, counseling, games & play)
• Ensuring youth and families are able to protect themselves by providing them with Life Skills training
• Build a community of ChildSafe Agents for protecting children everywhere
• Connect children with their families by working with the local authorities, partners and children shelters
• Supporting families and communities to take best care of their children
• Support the team with admin procedures
• Maintain good relationship with local government

You will be our full time employee based in Aranyaprathet, Sakaeo Province. We will provide you with a basic salary, yearly bonus, social security and a lot of on the job training from our experienced social workers.
