Country Grant Coordinator (Temporary)

Position:  Country Grant Coordinator (Temporary)

Assignment duration: Temporary Contract 

Duty station: Bangkok

JOB BACKGROUND: The Grant Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and promoting the achievement in grants development, implement, monitoring and reporting in all program units to be aligned with Plan’s policies and requirement of donors and also local authorities.  

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure effective grants management through entry and monitoring by using Plan grants monitoring tools. Ensure quality and timely report submission in coordination with Program, Finance and any other teams as necessary. Support Plan’s capacity on grant compliance and other requirements through timely and accurate response to internal queries from relevant departments.  Establish and maintain good professional relationship across various departments within Thailand Country Office, National Offices and Asia Regional Office. This may include, but not limited to, timely response to National Offices’ coordinating donor visits.  Assist Business Development Manager in other assigned tasks including reporting of resource mobilization performance and aspects of proposal development.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor Degree in any relevant fields and minimum 3 years of working experience in grants coordination or grants management. Good coordination skill .Excellent communication skill both Thai and English. Have a Grants Analytical skill. Able to work independently and able to correspond in very good English Written. Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally. Experience working with NGOs. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
