SCOPE OF WORK

1. Background

Save the Children International (SCI) Thailand Country Office is seeking a services provider to support and provide assistance to expedite the Visa and Work Permit  for international staff of SCI Thailand . The services provider is required to ensure that the visa and work permit procedure will be expedited on a timely manner thought out the service agreement

Objectives and Deliverables       

The services provider will deliver on the following objectives:

• Facilitate the Work Permit and Visa for Expatriate staff of SCI Thailand
• Prepare and submit supporting documents for SCI in relations to Work Permit and Visa matter.
• Accompany SCI Expatriate staff to the Immigration Department as needed
• Working closely with Administrative Officer, Supply Chain Officer to ensure all work permit and visa procedure run smoothly

Management

The Services Provider will report to Support Services Manager

Time frame

1 September 2018 – 31 August 2019

Payment

The services fee of this assignment will be divided by two categories:

• Half day service:
• Full day services:
  • to accompany one EXPAT
  • to accompany two EXPAT
• The services provider will responsible for printing supporting documents, travel cost
• The services will cover the period of 1 year contract.

The proposal submission will include the  estimated costs such as printing supporting document materials, travel, accommodation will be covered by the Service Provider. This agreement does not include 3% withholding tax and the 3% withholding tax will be deducted from service provider.

Cash or Bank transfer to account upon service completion.

Qualification:

1. A registered company or individual to provide the services with proven track record.
2. experienced with iNGO sector preferable;
3. Familiarity with Save the Children System would be an asset
4. Good relations with Thai authorities, ability to communicate in English with EXPAT and Thai.
5. Good computer skills (MS Office)

• Name and contact details of the applicant
• Resume of the lead services provider
• A cover letter outlining the relevant experience and expertise of the services provider
• A draft summary proposal 
• A detailed quote in THB (including travel and other costs)
