PO-Content Development (Based in Bangkok) 1 positions

Fresh graduates are welcomed.

We are looking for a content development officer to creatively produce various types of media and information related to the program implementation. The operation of this position will be under the supervision of Director of Program Quality Department, Raks Thai Foundation. Content Development officer’s responsibilities include producing a wide variety of academic and creative contents, each of which will be published through program’s web site, YouTube, Facebook, public journal, as well as other media channels.

Key functions of this position can be divided into three areas. 1) data collection through the relevant and available sources such as literatures, in-depth interview, semi-structured interview. 2) content analysis and writing based on a contextualized approach for sharing knowledge, raising awareness, or behavioral change communications. 3) creative content production, particular in video and motion graphic for effective user engagement on social media.

In order to be successful in this role, you should demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills, creativity, passion in social issue, and enthusiasm in exploring new knowledge. S/he will work closely with communication officer, program team members, as well as external stakeholders. Ultimately, a content development officer will be also required to have basic skills in media production such as content writing, photo shooting, video editing, graphic design, etc.

Qualifications

- Bachelor in Communications, Art, Multimedia, Mass Communications & Journalism or relevant fields from credible university.

- Hands-on experience in developing creative contents

-Capable of applying multidisciplinary approach for multiple method of inquiry for content development

- Passionate in social issues, change and innovation.

- Excellent writing and editing skills in English

- Strong communications skills.

- Strong analytical thinking skills,

-Skills in content writing, photo shooting, video editing, and graphic design are preferred.

-Good skills in facilitation, teamwork and coordination.
