General Instructions to Offerors:

1. Due date for submission of Quotations is 17:00 local time on 14 January 2019.
2. Bidders shall submit quotes in a sealed envelope or electronically to togetherprocurement_BKK@dai.com
3. Submitted quotes must be valid for a period of 30 days.
4. Bidders shall sign and date their quotation.
5. Bidders shall complete Attachment A: Price Schedule template.
6. Value Added Tax (VAT) shall be included on a separate line.
7. These services are not eligible for VAT exemption under the DAI prime agreement.

1.2 Required Economy class and changeable ticket

1.2.1 Thai Airways: Y, B, M, H, Q, T, K, V

1.2.2 Thai Smile: Flexi

1.2.3 Nok Air: Prime

1.2.4 Air Asia: Premium flex

1.2.5 Thai lion Air: Economy

1.3 The price shall be quoted for all airline service of each route.

2. The quoted prices are not included the fee and able to adjust as per the price from the airplane company.
3. The fee must be fixed for one year.
4. The tickets will be purchased in Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA); the fixed price contract for a period of time, quantities of each orders are given upon the request by purchase order and the total amount for one-year contract not exceed total amount in agreement.
5. Invoice submission: After tickets issuance.
6. Hot line service on holiday or weekend.
