Description
This position provides administrative, clerical, and operational support work for two key global programs of IIE. The position performs work which supports daily operations and consists of a variety of tasks, processes, and operations.
The individual will serve as the first point-of-contact for all communications, respond to initial inquiries, and escalate non-standard issues as needed. Additionally, he or she acts as the program point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients. Duties will be completed primarily within the context of managing test security protocol, test assessment grading, and engaging regularly with IIE’s global outreach team via calls, emails, etc.
The position will also serve as back up for tech support, mailroom, and reception duties. Other tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.

IIE offers a competitive remuneration package with a base salary in the range of THB 22,000-27,000. Beyond the base salary, the position is guaranteed an additional one-month bonus, medical & dental insurance, as well as 7.5% Provident Fund following the initial probationary period.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday for 7 hours per day. Our office is located in the central business district near Chidlom BTS Station.
