Anticipated Award Type:  Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order

Issuance of this RFP in no way obligates DAI to award a subcontract or purchase order and offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bid.

Basis for Award:  An award will be made based on the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable Source Selection process. The award will be issued to the responsible Offeror submitting the lowest evaluated price that meets or exceeds the acceptability requirements for technical/non-cost factors described in this RFP.

General Instructions to Offerors:

• Due date for submission of Quotations is 17:00 local time on 14 February 2019.
• Bidders shall submit quotes in a sealed envelope or electronically to togetherprocurement_BKK@dai.com 
• Bidders shall sign and date their quotation.
• Bidders shall complete Attachment A: Price Schedule template or use your own proposal template but need to complete all required information.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) shall be included on a separate line.
• These services are not eligible for VAT exemption under the DAI prime agreement.

Questions Regarding the RFP:

Each Offeror is responsible for reading very carefully and understanding fully the terms and conditions of this RFP.  All communications regarding this solicitation are to be made solely through the Issuing Office and must be submitted via email or in writing delivered to the Issuing Office no later than the date specified above.  All questions received will be compiled and answered in writing and distributed to all interested Offerors. 

Scope of Work Requirements for Technical Acceptability Security service as follows:

• Responsible for the provision of security guards and equipment used for security work.
• Service time: 24 hours and 7 days per week
• 2 shifts of security service, 7:00 – 19:00 Hrs. and 19:00 – 7:00 Hrs.
• The service provider shall provide replacement in case of absent.
• Period of service contract: 24 months with condition of termination earlier for convenience.

• Three references for relevance experiences and past performance are required.
• Only completed proposal is to be determined.
• The price shall be included WHT3%.
