Thai + Isaan-English interpreter/translator needed

Position: Thai and Isaan- English interpreter/translator for academic research project about International labor migration.

Location: Udon Thani province, Isaan. 

Job description:

• Working together with English speaking female research from Humboldt University of Berlin
• Simultaneous on site interpretation of interviews
• Written translation to English of documents and written data
• Transcription to English of recorded interviews
• Full time position for 2 months between 20.7.19-20.9.19. The starting and ending dates can be flexible.
• The position required staying with the research team in a village in Udon Thani province for the duration of employment (not including days off) . Accommodation will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Thai, Isaan and English
• Previous experience in translation to English
