Purpose of Position:

           This position is responsible for catch up opportunity, issue, update related news about organization. She/he will find some solutions for that issues and propose to related team to consider and make decision. She/he will analyze, make report and share the finding to the team both NO and field staff about if needed.      

          She/he will develop monitoring systems/approaches/standards for knowledge management in order to capture and report identified best practices. She/he will also be responsible for fostering organisational learning by communicating research finding to management, operations teams and other relevant stakeholders to support their learning and strategic planning.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research design (methodology) to fit with programme implementation - ออกแบบงานวิจัยที่เหมาะสมกับการทำโปรแกรมในพื้นที่
2. Coordinate with technical team / DME team – research formation and implementation including publish to public - ทำงานร่วมกับ Technical and DME team เพื่อทำวิจัย และเตรียมเผยแพร่สู่สาธารณะ
3. Work closely with Communication team to publish/share research findings – ทำงานร่วมกับ Communication team เพื่อวางแผนการเผยแพร่ผลการวิจัยสู่สาธารณะ
4. Be focal point person to do literacy review and formulate to strategy direction – เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบหลักในการค้นคว้าหาข้อมูล ประมวลผล และวิเคราะห์ เพื่อนำไปสู่การวางแผนยุทธศาตร์ขององค์กร
5. Design data collection format/pattern ออกแบบวิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูลและการจัดเก็บ
6. Act like librarian /storekeeper/museum curator ทำหน้าที่เหมือนบรรณารักษ์ ในการดูแลองค์ความรู้ขององค์กร
7. Communicate to staff what we have, how to use KM, what is benefit, etc. สื่อสารให้พนักงานรับรู้ ตระหนัก และใช้งาน เพื่อให้เกิดสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ในองค์กร

Job Qualification

1. Preferably a Bachelor degree or higher in Social Sciences, Community Development, or phychology
2. Detail oriented in individual and team work
3. Strong analytical skills, ability to link multiple concepts and process large amounts of information
4. Able to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects at a given time
5. Strong report writing skills in both Thai and English
6. Strong data and knowledge management skills
7. Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research
8. Able to professionally utilise a variety of basic programmes (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
9. Experience in social network
