Anticipated Award Type:
DAI (Thailand) Ltd. anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed- Price Purchase Order to procure analytical services on citizen-engagement feedback mechanism of Royal Thai Government agencies, covering a total period of 14 weeks starting 10 June 2019.
Issuance of this RFP in no way obligates DAI (Thailand) Ltd. to award a purchase order and offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bid.
Basis for Award:
An award will be made based on the Trade Off Method. The award will be issued to the responsible and reasonable offeror who provides the best value to DAI (Thailand) Ltd. and its client using a combination of technical and cost/price factors.
