Program Assistant-Migrant Worker Rights Program (Based in Bangkok)

Responsibilities

This person will work in the Program Quality Department and will be responsible for the project related to promote migrant workers’ rights in Thailand. This person role will be focusing on providing support to Program Officer in various aspect of program management including;

• Project development, monitoring, and evaluation,
• Preparing annual work-plan, budget and report as needed,
• Providing supports to local organizations, managing large and small grants, programmatic and financial monitoring, and documenting project lessons learned.

Qualification

- Bachelor degree or higher in business management, social science, political science, or related areas.

- Having experiences in assisting in project management and development relating to labour rights, human rights, and human trafficking will be an advantage.

- Oral and written proficiency in English and Thai, and computer literacy (especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Wide interest in social issues especially of disadvantaged groups and human rights.
