Initiated in August 2018, the Together Activity, funded by the USAID Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA) and implemented by DAI Global, LLC (DAI), is a four-year USD 14 million Activity that supports civil society organizations (CSOs) and the Royal Thai Government (RTG) to deepen constructive dialogue between citizens and government, leading to actions that address citizens’ priorities and grievances and reduce drivers of latent and violent conflict. Together works closely with government to strengthen its capacity to listen to, understand and communicate with citizens— especially women, youth, and minorities—thus increasing its ability to address issues of concern to citizens and strengthen social inclusion and cohesion. At the same time, Together collaborates with CSOs to improve their capacity to advocate for public interests and work with government to develop effective solutions to common problems. Through its partnerships and activities, Together expands the space for dialogue and reconciliation, and facilitates the growth of attitudes, networks and mechanisms that nurture peace, tolerance and just governance.

We are looking for qualified people who are highly motivated and competent to work with our teams in Bangkok and Songkhla. The period of employment for the positions is for three years with possibility of extension.

MONITORING, EVALUATION AND LEARNING OFFICER (BANGKOK)

Responsibilities:

• Lead in the updating and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan, and ensure indicators, evaluation methodology and data collection systems are appropriate and practical.
• Lead the design, contracting and implementation of monitoring surveys and research.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports on the progress and impact of activities.

Qualifications:

• University degree in relevant field, with academic qualifications in research and statistical analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project monitoring and evaluation positions.
• English and Thai fluency required.
